TERMS & CONDITIONS
When Purchasing Equipment from Verona Equipment buyer agree's to the following Terms & Conditions:

Inspection of Goods & Rejection. The Buyer is entitled to inspect the Goods upon delivery. If the Goods are unacceptable in function or significant cosmetic defects, the Buyer must reject them at the time of delivery or within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. If the Buyer has not rejected the Goods within five (5) business days from the date of delivery, the Buyer shall have waived any right to reject that specific delivery of Goods. In the event the Buyer rejects the Goods, the Buyer shall allow the Seller a reasonable time to cure the deficiency. A reasonable time period shall be determined by industry standards for the particular Goods, as well as the Seller and the Buyer.

Risk of Loss. Risk of loss will be on the Seller until the time when the Buyer accepts delivery. Acceptance of delivery is the verbal or written consent to initiate the delivery process. The Seller shall maintain any and all necessary insurance in order to insure the Goods against loss at the Seller’s own expense. Such as if the goods are damaged in the Sellers location prior to delivery. Once the goods are on the delivery truck the risk of loss passes onto the Buyer or Shipping company who shall maintain any and all necessary insurance in order to insure the Goods against loss.

Installation. The Seller agrees to install all aforementioned goods sold within a specified time period acceptable to both parties.

Excuse for Delay or Failure to Perform. The Seller will not be liable to the Buyer for any delay, non-delivery or default of this Agreement due to labor disputes, transportation shortage, delay or shortage of materials to produce the Goods, fires, accidents, Acts of God, or any other causes outside of the Seller’s control. The Seller shall notify the Buyer immediately upon realization that it will not be able to deliver the Goods as promised. Either Party may amend this Agreement upon such notice.

Severability. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and all other provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.

Waiver. The failure by either Party to exercise any right, power, or privilege under the terms of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or future exercise of that right, power, or privilege or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

Remedies and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer’s sole remedy for any and all losses or damages resulting from defective Goods or from any other cause will be for the purchase price of the particular Goods with respect to which losses or damages are claimed, plus any shipping costs paid by the Buyer. In the event such dispute results in legal action, each Party will be entitled to its own legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Central America, South America and Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the State and/or Country in which the Sellers party does business. This Agreement shall be governed by Florida law.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Purchaser acknowledges that the Machinery sold herein may be dangerous if improperly used. Purchaser acknowledges that it must contact the original manufacturer to obtain up-to-date service to keep the machine in peak condition. Purchaser also agrees and understands that certain safety mechanism may have been disabled and may not meet OSHA requirements and purchaser must discuss, safe use of the machine and safety components with the manufacture. Seller will not be responsible for any loss or injury of any matter whatsoever resulting from defects in the Machinery sold or from the subsequent use of the items. Purchaser agrees to defend any suit, action or cause of action brought against Seller, its directors, officers, employees and other agents and representatives by any person based on any such alleged injury, illness, or damage and to pay all damages, costs and expenses in connection therewith or resulting therefrom.
Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFIT OR LOST BUSINESS, COSTS OF DELAY OR FAILURE OF DELIVERY, WHICH ARE NOT RELATED TO OR THE DIRECT RESULT OF A PARTY’S NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH.

WARRANTY & PARTS
WHAT IS VERONAS WARRANTY?
All of our machines come with a one-year warranty that covers replacement parts.
In addition, you’re entitled to lifetime technical support and advice from our team of technical specialists—customer service representatives with hands-on experience.
Warranty Example:
The guarantee of the machine is 1 (one) year from the date of the effective installation by Verona’s engineers only. In case of eventual faults or defects on material or manufacture the customer has to inform the producer or the relevant sale agent about the problem by registered letter immediately. If the complaint is accepted from the producer –he/she will replace and/or repair the components (the machine or its parts). Verona is not responsible for damages brought about from customer or third party due to wrong handling with the machine. From the guarantee are excluded parts which were accidentally damaged during the transport, during the lifting and placing of the machine, due to wrong connection to the electrical feeding line. From the guarantee are excluded components mechanically or atmospherically wearied due to insufficient maintenance or unpressured or forbidden use. Verona is not responsible for non-authorized modifications or repairs. The validity of the guarantee is subordinated to the corrected execution of the maintenance like described in our bulletins. For components supplied from third party are only valid guarantees of third party and are not compatible with this guarantee.
The below describes equipment sold and/or distributed by Verona Equipment International, Inc., whose address is 2231 W. Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209. Verona guarantees the machine to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation in purchaser’s facility (the “warranty”).

This Warranty is classified as a parts warranty including all parts and labor necessary to ensure that the Equipment remains in good working condition during the one year (1) term of the Warranty.

Purchaser will follow all instructions contained in Verona’s technical bulletins, verbal training and other documents regarding the Equipment.

This Warranty is subject to termination following any past due balances.

This Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper or unauthorized use, electrical fluctuations in the buildings energy grid, handling, storage or operation of the Equipment. Verona is within its rights to investigate the cause of damage in the machine and make the determination of whether tampering or foul play was involved.

This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse of the Equipment.

Purchasers or users of the Equipment should frequently and consistently undertake inspections and protective measures with respect to the use and application of the Equipment provided by Verona.
The equipment is warranted to be free from defects in function for one year from the date of installation.
This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise created under applicable law.
WARRNTY POLICY:

The order will be invoiced before the order is shipped.

The parts will be credited in full as soon as the Seller receives the defective items returned from the customer and has met the final verification. All warranty orders are subject to inspection for the final verification. The Seller reserves the right to deny warranty as per standard policy and procedure.

Please record the tracking number when shipping the defective part back.

Any part returned without a return number or shipped freight collect will be refused.

If the warranty part requires a Seller technician intervention to replace it, the defective item must be returned within 15 days of replacement by the technician.
DOES VERONA SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Yes, we carry the most common replacement parts for all machines in stock. In the unlikely event that the part you need is out of stock, we will have it back in very soon.
BUYING & LEASING
Who can purchase online?
Most online sales are limited to the continental United States only. If you live outside of the this region, not a problem, call and ask a customer service representative for information about your options.
How quickly do you ship online orders?
-Ground Shipments (up to 100 lbs.)
Typically within 48 hours if in stock. Once processed, ground shipments that are in stock will usually leave our facility in a day or less.
-Freight Shipments (more than 100 lbs.)
Shipping times listed in cart are transit times only, please allow 72 hour for processing of shipment.
During processing, all freight shipments are fully inspected, tested, and packaged according to our strict standards this may take up to 9 business days.
Once shipped you will receive a notice by phone to confirm delivery date.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept ACH, Checks, and Wire Transfers.
IS FINANCING AVAILABLE FOR VERONA MACHINES? CAN I LEASE A MACHINE INSTEAD OF BUYING IT?
